Enderun Colleges is once again hosting a fabulous dinner prepared by Ducasse Education Philippines for the benefit of Tuloy Foundation. The guest of honor on the evening of November 27, 6 p.m. will be no other than acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse. The benefit dinner is called “Harvest of Hope” and will begin with a farmers’ showcase in the afternoon. The chefs and students trained under Ducasse Education Philippines will prepare a five-course menu for the guests featuring locally sourced products. This is the second time in four years Ducasse will make an appearance at the Enderun-organized event.
